Garden Play Houses Beat Video Games
Did you have a father like I did? He built me garden play houses, forts, and a train I could sit in and play locomotive engineer. I have a picture of me sitting in that train with a big smile on my six year old face. Of course he was a skilled general contractor with a lot of spare lumber.
So if you are like my dad, great. If you do not have your general contractor…apos;s license however, not a skilled craftsman, then you want to look at purchasing a play house for your children. But listen, it sure beats buying the latest video game filled with death and destruction. If you do not think that games that reward for killing and destroying hurt kids, then I have some swamp land in Florida I want to talk to you about.
Today kids are playing videos games filled with death and destruction. But that is what kids want so why try to fight it. I do not think that is what kids really want. I think kids really want to use their imagination. They default to video games because they are available. Parents complain but they do not offer an alternative. Give your children a chance to use their imagination and you will not have to try to pry the video game control out of their hands.
A playhouse gives your children to have his or her home. She might have friends over for a tea party. He might have a book shelf and desk where he can read and write. Play houses come with safety glass and roofs that do not leak when it rains. They have doors in the front for kids and adult sized doors on the side for you to visit.
You can choose from many styles and shapes. You can have a house that looks like a Victorian home. Or you can have a Cape Cod look alike. Or you can even customize the play house to look like your real house.
Pride of ownership is what you have in your home right? Well, believe it or not a play house provides your child with pride of ownership. You are actually him or her build responsibility. He or she now has his own home to take care of.
I was proud to invite my friends over to my play house. I was like my own home after all. What difference is there when you invite people to your home? Children are learning pride of ownership with their play houses. It is no different than what you feel with your home.
Video games are all about killing and destroying. Let no one fool you. These games are not good for kids. Children want a place they can call their own. They want a place they can play make pretend. They want a place they can invite their friends to. Garden play houses gives your kids a place they can enjoy, be proud of, and learn responsibility.
Compared to video computer games garden play houses are a sound investment for your own youngsters. Much More information at our cheap garden sheds website.
