With charcoal grills you can take a portable one with you, or purchase one that you can just throw away after you use it. These disposable ones will have everything that you need to start and light the grill, except for the matches. They can be tossed after you use it and no need to carry it in your vehicle. Some people prefer the taste of their meals cooked on charcoal opposed to propane. If you are going to a park for a cookout, you may want to consider purchasing a portable charcoal grill. This way you won’t have to worry about your foods being contaminated from using a grill at the park.
With the propane portable grills, you have the convenience of easy lighting, and the flexibility to set up just about anywhere. They are small enough to fit in small spaces when traveling, and you can even get a portable grill that will fit on the railing of your boat. Propane grills will need to have propane bottles, but these can be found in many stores, and even some grocery stores.
When you go out for the day, consider getting a portable grill. It is much better to have a grill then to eat cold food on an outing. These new portable grills are easy to travel with and you do have options when purchasing a portable grill. You can carry them in your vehicle and always have them ready for your next outing.
